We only test what you give us. Staging is preferred. Production only with a throwaway account.
Testers will see whatever the test account can see. Do not give admin access or real-customer data.
No real card charges. If checkout is in scope, provide Stripe test mode or a dummy SKU.
We delete credentials 7 days after the report.
This is not a penetration test, accessibility certification, or legal advice.
If we miss 24 hours, you get a full refund. If you dislike the report, email us — we handle those case by case and we track them.
We refuse banking, health, children’s apps, anything that needs a real government ID, and anything that can spend real money.
Web apps, including public or private repos. Access and setup must be agreed before testing. No native iOS/Android. No “please also test my API.”
